Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step #2 Grease & flour a 10x15 inch pan.
Step #3 Sift together the flour, baking powder & baking soda.
Step #4 Set aside.
Step #5 Pour hot water over raisins.
Step #6 Stir in instant coffee & cinnamon.
Step #7 Set aside to cool.
Step #8 In a large bowl, cream together the margarine & sugar until light & fluffy.
Step #9 Beat in the eggs one at a time.
Step #10 Beat in the flour mixture.
Step #11 Finally stir in the the raisin mixture.
Step #12 Spread batter on prepared 10x15 inch pan.
Step #13 Bake in the preheated oven for 20 mins, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
