Cranberry Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1 c whipping cream
  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
  • 1 (16 oz) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
  • Step #1 In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Step #2 In another mixing bowl, mix cream, sugar & vanilla; beat until soft peaks form.
  • Step #3 Beat into the cream cheese until mixed.
  • Step #4 Fold in cranberry sauce.
  • Step #5 Spoon into crust.
  • Step #6 Cover & freeze for up to 2 months.
  • Step #7 Remove from the freezer 15 mins before slicing.
