Crab Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsps lemon juice
  • 1/2 c butter, divided
  • 1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 3 (6 oz) cans crabmeat - drained, flaked & cartilage removed
  • 36 large fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 c minced fresh parsley
  • 1 1/2 c finely sliced onions
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 Remove stems from mushrooms; set caps aside.
  • Step #2 Finely chop stems.
  • Step #3 In a skillet, melt 1/4 c butter; saute stems & onions until tender.
  • Step #4 In a bowl, mix crab & lemon juice.
  • Step #5 Add onion mixture, mayonnaise, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper; mix well.
  • Step #6 Stuff into mushroom caps; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Step #7 Place in a greased 15-in.
  • Step #8 x 10-in.
  • Step #9 x 1-in.
  • Step #10 baking pan.
  • Step #11 Melt remaining butter; drizzle over mushrooms.
  • Step #12 Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 20-25 mins or until heated through.
  • Step #13 Serve warm.
