Ingredients
  • 3/4 c crushed cornflakes
  • 1 (12 oz) can tuna, drained & flaked
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 1/2 c cooked rice
  • 2 tbsps butter, melted
  • 1/4 c minced fresh parsley

Directions
  • Step #1 In a bowl, mix the first five ingredients.
  • Step #2 Transfer to a greased shallow 1-1/2-qt.
  • Step #3 baking dish.
  • Step #4 Combine the cornflake crumbs & butter; sprinkle it over the top.
  • Step #5 Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 25-30 mins or until bubbly.
