Cranberry Fruit Mold Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (3 oz) package cranberry gelatin
  • 1 (3 oz) package raspberry gelatin
  • 2 c halved seedless red or green grapes
  • 1 1/2 c ginger ale, chilled
  • 1 c boiling water
  • 1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained

Directions
  • Step #1 In a bowl, dissolve gelatins in boiling water.
  • Step #2 Gently stir in the ginger ale.
  • Step #3 Refrigerate until slightly thickened, about 1-1/2 hrs.
  • Step #4 Stir in grapes & oranges.
  • Step #5 Transfer to a 5-c mold coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Step #6 Cover & put in the fridge until firm.
  • Step #7 Invert onto a serving plate.
