Chicken Liver Appetizers Recipe

Ingredients

12 slices bacon, cut in half
1 tsp garlic salt
12 fresh chicken livers, halved

Directions

Step #1 Preheat oven to Broil/Grill.
Step #2 Sprinkle top each 1/2 chicken liver with garlic salt to taste.
Step #3 Wrap 1/2 slice bacon around each chicken piece & fasten with a toothpick.
Step #4 Place on a broiling pan.
Step #5 Broil for 5 to 7 mins, then turn pieces & broil another 5 to 7 mins, or until cooked through & chicken is no longer pink inside.
Step #6 .
