Cranberry Swirl Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs .
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves .
  • 1/2 c sugar .
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon .
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened .
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg .
  • 1 (10 oz) container frozen cranberry-orange sauce, thawed & pureed in food processor/blender .
  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust .
  • 1 tsp vanilla .
  • 1 (15 oz) can solid-pack pumpkin .
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger .
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°F Beat cream cheese, sugar & vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth & well mixed.
  • Step #2 Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Step #3 Add pumpkin, spices & salt; beat until well mixed.
  • Step #4 Spread 3/4 c pumpkin mixture evenly in crust.
  • Step #5 Pour about 1/3 c cranberry sauce over pumpkin mixture.
  • Step #6 Top with remaining pumpkin mixture & remaining cranberry sauce.
  • Step #7 Swirl cranberry sauce into pumpkin mixture with knife, being careful not to scrape crust.
  • Step #8 Bake 50 to 60 mins.
  • Step #9 (Cheesecake will not be completely set in the center.
  • Step #10 ) Cool completely on wire rack.
  • Step #11 Refrigerate at least 2 hrs or overnight.
