Hand To Mouth Chicken Legs Recipe

Ingredients
  • marinade .
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard .
  • 1 c plain yogurt .
  • 2 c cornflake crumbs .
  • chicken .
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt .
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper .
  • 1/2 lemon, juice of .
  • 1/4 c plain breadcrumbs .
  • coating .
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, sliced .
  • 8 skinless chicken legs .
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced

Directions
  • Step #1 Blend all the marinade ingredients & marinate the chicken for 2 hrs to overnight.
  • Step #2 More is better.
  • Step #3 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Step #4 Combine the crust ingredients in a shallow bowl.
  • Step #5 Roll the chicken in the mixture & shake off excess crumbs.
  • Step #6 Place on a cookie sheet, lightly sprayed with cooking oil & bake for 50-60 mins until crunchy on the outside & cooked through on the inside (juices run clear & not pink).
