Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb scallops .
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, shelled & deveined .
  • 16 oz salsa verde, store bought .
  • 8 oz yellow rice, package

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook yellow rice according to package directions.
  • Step #2 A few mins before rice is done, pour salsa verde into medium skillet & heat over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #3 Add shrimp & scallops, & cook for about 5 mins.
