Creamy Egg Salad Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients

2 tbsps butter or margarine, softened
1 (3 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp salt
1 dash garlic powder
1 tsp finely sliced onion
8 slices rye bread
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp prepared horseradish
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1 tbsp mayonnaise

Directions

Step #1 In a medium bowl, mix the first 10 ingredients until smooth.
Step #2 Stir in eggs.
Step #3 Chill for 1 hr.
Step #4 Spread 1/2 c onto four slices of bread.
Step #5 Cover with remaining bread.
