• 1/2 tsp lemon extract .
• 1 (18 oz) package lemon cake mix .
• 1/2 c oil (I prefer wesson) .
• 1/4 c poppy seeds .
• 1 c water .
• 1 (3 1/2 oz) package instant lemon pudding mix .
• 4 eggs

• Step #1 Mix all ingredients together.
• Step #2 Grease & flour 5 mini loaf pans (the aluminum foil wrap kind work well for this) or 2 small loaf pans.
• Step #3 Fill the loaf pan half way with batter.
• Step #4 Bake at 350 for approximately 40 mins.
