Cinnamon Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 tbsps sherry or chicken broth
  • 2 (3/4 lb) pork tenderloins
  • 3 tbsps soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsps honey
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large resealable plastic bag, mix the first six ingredients.
  • Step #2 Add the pork; seal bag & turn to coat.
  • Step #3 Refrigerate 4-6 hrs.
  • Step #4 Drain & discard marinade.
  • Step #5 Grill pork, uncovered, over med-heat/flame for 15-20 mins or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F, turning every once in awhile.
  • Step #6 Let stand for 5 mins before slicing.
