- 1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 c butter, softened
- 1/3 c sifted confectioners' sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 c sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 c ground pecans
Directions
- Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Step #2 Lightly grease baking sheets.
- Step #3 Cream butter & sugar together until light.
- Step #4 Beat in the vanilla.
- Step #5 Mix in the flour, pecans & cocoa powder.
- Step #6 Form dough into 1 inch balls & place onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Step #7 Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 to 25 mins.
- Step #8 Cool then roll each cookie in confectioners' sugar.
