Green Curry Sauce (light) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 375 ml skim evaporated coconut milk .
  • 2 tsps ginger, grated .
  • 2 garlic cloves .
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, white part only .
  • 1 1/2 tbsps water .
  • 1 small brown onion .
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground .
  • 1 1/2 tsps ground cumin .
  • 1 1/2 tsps ground coriander .
  • 1/4 c coriander, sliced .
  • 4 green chilies, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 All all ingredients through lemongrass to food processor/blender & process until well sliced.
  • Step #2 Add enough water to form a paste.
  • Step #3 Heat a large non-stick wok coated with cooking spray over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #4 Add paste & cook for 30 seconds.
  • Step #5 Add meat & vegetables & cook to taste.
