Chinese Cabbage Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 (16 oz) package shredded coleslaw mix
  • 10 oz cashew pieces
  • 1/2 c white sugar
  • 1/4 c cider vinegar
  • 1 (3 oz) package ramen noodles, crushed
  • 1/2 c vegetable oil
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 In a preheated 350 degree F oven (175 degree C), toast the crushed noodles & nuts until golden brown.
  • Step #2 In a large bowl, mix the coleslaw, green onions, toasted ramen noodles & cashews.
  • Step #3 To prepare the dressing, whisk together the sugar, oil, vinegar & soy sauce.
  • Step #4 Pour the dressing over the salad, toss & serve.
