Crab Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 3/4 c low-fat mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsps ketchup
  • 1 (8 oz) package egg noodles
  • 1 sliced onions
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (4 oz) can small shrimp, drained
  • 1/4 c dry bread crumbs
  • 1 c sliced celery
  • 1 1/2 c cooked crabmeat
  • 1 large green bell pepper, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente.
  • Step #3 Drain, & transfer to a large bowl.
  • Step #4 Add mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, & onion to the noodles; mix well.
  • Step #5 Stir in green pepper, crab, shrimp & celery.
  • Step #6 Salt & pepper to taste.
  • Step #7 Spoon mixture into an 8x8 inch casserole dish.
  • Step #8 Sprinkle top bread crumbs to taste over the casserole.
  • Step #9 Bake 35 mins in the preheated oven, until brown & bubbly.
