Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps dried parsley
  • 1/2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/4 c shredded carrot
  • 1 (3 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 c wheat & barley nugget cereal (e.g. Grapenuts TM)
  • 2 tsps honey

Directions
  • Step #1 Beat together cream cheese & Cheddar cheese.
  • Step #2 Stir in honey & carrots.
  • Step #3 Refrigerate the mixture until cooled.
  • Step #4 When the mixture is cool, shape it into balls.
  • Step #5 Combine the cereal & parsley.
  • Step #6 Roll the balls in the cereal-parsley mixture & serve.
  • Step #7 .
