Step #1 Preheat oven to 400F degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step #2 Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
Step #3 Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Step #4 Place fusilli pasta in the pot, cook for 8 to 10 mins, until al dente, & drain.
Step #5 Heat the oil in a skillet over med-heat/flame.
Step #6 Place chicken in the skillet, basil, garlic powder, & season this with minced onion, salt & pepper, & parsley.
Step #7 Cook until chicken juices run clear.
Step #8 Mix in the cooked pasta, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, & mixed vegetables.
Step #9 Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
Step #10 In a small bowl, Parmesan cheese, mix the bread crumbs, & butter.
Step #11 Spread evenly over the casserole.
Step #12 Bake 30 mins in the preheated oven until bubbly & lightly browned.
