Chicken And Pasta Casserole With Mixedegetables Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tbsp dried minced onion
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 1 c dry fusilli pasta
  • 2 tbsps butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 2 tbsps grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 c dry bread crumbs
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 6 chicken tenderloins, cut into chunks
  • 3 tbsps olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 400F degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
  • Step #3 Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  • Step #4 Place fusilli pasta in the pot, cook for 8 to 10 mins, until al dente, & drain.
  • Step #5 Heat the oil in a skillet over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #6 Place chicken in the skillet, basil, garlic powder, & season this with minced onion, salt & pepper, & parsley.
  • Step #7 Cook until chicken juices run clear.
  • Step #8 Mix in the cooked pasta, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, & mixed vegetables.
  • Step #9 Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
  • Step #10 In a small bowl, Parmesan cheese, mix the bread crumbs, & butter.
  • Step #11 Spread evenly over the casserole.
  • Step #12 Bake 30 mins in the preheated oven until bubbly & lightly browned.
