Lemon Garlic Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
  • Condiments .
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper .
  • 2 (4 oz) salmon fillets .
  • 2 tsps garlic, minced .
  • 2 tbsps unsalted butter .
  • parsley .
  • lemon wedges .
  • 1 lemon

Directions
  • Step #1 Sprinkle top salmon fillets on both sides with lemon pepper.
  • Step #2 In a large skillet, melt butter over medium high heat; watch carefully not to burn.
  • Step #3 Stir in garlic.
  • Step #4 Place salmon in pan.
  • Step #5 Cook for 10 mins per inch of thickness, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
  • Step #6 Flip fillets halfway through cooking to brown on both sides.
  • Step #7 Sprinkle top with lemon juice before serving.
  • Step #8 Serve with lemon wedges & a sprig of parsley.
  • Step #9 Serves 2.
  • Step #10 **If you do not have lemon pepper available, use a little fresh lemon zest mixed with freshly ground black pepper as an alternative.
