Ingredients
  • 1/4 c sliced green onions
  • 3 tbsps vinegar
  • 1 c shredded carrots
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • 2 tbsps sugar
  • 6 c coarsely sliced cabbage
  • 7 tbsps vegetable oil, divided
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 lb thinly sliced fully cooked corned beef

Directions
  • Step #1 In a bowl, vinegar, sugar, whisk 4 tbsps oil, celery seed & salt until sugar is dissolved; set aside.
  • Step #2 In a large skillet, saute the cabbage, carrots & onions in remaining oil until crisp-tender, about 15 mins.
  • Step #3 Stir in vinegar-oil mixture & corned beef.
  • Step #4 Cover & let simmer for 10 mins or until heated through.
