Salty Peanut-cream Cheese Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
  • whipped cream (optional) .
  • 2 eggs .
  • 1/2 (16 oz) can of prepared cream cheese frosting .
  • 1/3 c salted peanuts .
  • 1/2 c sliced salted peanuts .
  • knotts berry farm red raspberry flavored syrup .
  • Topping .
  • 1/2 c oil .
  • 1 (20 oz) package of chocolate chunky brownie mix .
  • 1/4 c water

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°F Butter a 9” round cake pan.
  • Step #2 In mixing bowl, stir this together the first 5 ingredients.
  • Step #3 Beat for 50 strokes to mix.
  • Step #4 Pour into prepared baking dish & bake for 35-40 mins or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
  • Step #5 Heat the Cream Cheese frosting slightly in the microwave to very soft consistency.
  • Step #6 Remove brownies from oven & pour & spread frosting over top.
  • Step #7 Sprinkle top with remaining salted peanuts.
  • Step #8 Cool on wire rack.
  • Step #9 To serve: Drizzle red raspberry syrup on plate & place pie wedge of brownies on top.
  • Step #10 Top with whipped cream, if desired.
