Sarah's Pumpkin Bars Recipe

Ingredients

2 c pumpkin .
1 c oil .
1/4 tsp cloves .
2 tsps cinnamon .
2 c flour .
2 c sugar .
1 tsp baking soda .
1/2 tsp salt .
2 tsps baking powder .
4 eggs

Directions

Step #1 Blend oil, eggs & pumpkin together, then add sugar & beat.
Step #2 Once that is fully mixed, add the remaining ingredients.
Step #3 Pour into a greased & floured jelly roll pan (deep cookie sheet).
Step #4 Bake at 350 for 20 mins.
Step #5 Frost with cream cheese icing.
