Ingredients
  • 2 c low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded .
  • tortilla chips .
  • 1/2 c green onions, sliced .
  • 1 c guacamole .
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz) package mccormick taco seasoning mix .
  • 1 (16 oz) container light sour cream .
  • 1 c tomatoes, sliced .
  • 1/2 c black olives, sliced .
  • 1 (16 oz) can low-fat refried beans

Directions
  • Step #1 Spread refried beans in a shallow seving dish.
  • Step #2 Mix sour cream & Taco Spice uping Mix until well mixed.
  • Step #3 Spread over refried beans.
  • Step #4 Top with cheese, onions, dollops of quacamole, tomato, & olives.
  • Step #5 Serve with tortilla chips.
  • Step #6 Note: you can also use McCormicks Cheesy Taco Spice uping Mix.
  • Step #7 Prepare this with 1 package of McCormick Guacamole Spice uping Mix.
