Hara Masala Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 fluid oz plain yogurt .
  • 1 bunch spring onions, sliced .
  • 1 tbsp oil .
  • 1 large green chilies, seeded & sliced .
  • 3 tbsps fromage frais .
  • 1 tsp ginger, pulp .
  • 2 tbsps fresh mint leaves .
  • 1 green apple, peeled cored & sliced .
  • 1 lb skinless chicken breasts, & cubed .
  • 1 oz dates, stoned & sliced .
  • 1 tsp garlic, pulp .
  • 1 tsp sugar .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 3 tbsps fresh coriander leaves

Directions
  • Step #1 In a mixer process all the ingedients EXCEPT FOR THE CHICKEN AND DATES, to make a smoothish sauce.
  • Step #2 Heat a wok & fry the mix for a few mins.
  • Step #3 Add the chicken, stir, cover the wok with a lid & cook for 15 mins.
  • Step #4 Stir in the dates & serve.
  • Step #5 Simple wasn't it.
  • Step #6 Serve with noodles or rice & a vegetable curry, some bread to mop up the sauce mighht be good too.
