Low Fat Shrimp Or Crab Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c low-fat plain yogurt .
  • 2 green onions (sliced) .
  • 2 tsps dried dill .
  • 5 c cabbage (very finely shredded) .
  • 1/2 tsp mustard .
  • 1/2 tsp celery seeds .
  • Coleslaw .
  • Dressing .
  • 1 small sweet red pepper (finely sliced) .
  • 1 carrot (finely grated) .
  • 1/2 tsp pepper .
  • 3 tbsps rice vinegar (sweetened , salt free prefered) .
  • 3 c cooked shrimp or crab

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine all of the coleslaw ingredients & mix well.
  • Step #2 Combine all of the dressing ingredients & pour over the coleslaw mix.
  • Step #3 Chill for at least 1 hr before serving.
