Guava Mousse (mousse De Guayaba) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c frozen guava (pulp,thawed) .
  • 1 1/2 c heavy cream .
  • 1 1/2 c sugar .
  • 6 egg whites

Directions
  • Step #1 Beat the egg whites & sugar In a large-ish bowl until stiff peaks form.
  • Step #2 In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Step #3 Fold the whipped cream & guava into the egg whites, in alternating batches.
  • Step #4 Note: This mousse can be served as soon as possible or frozen for later use.
