Cookie's N Cream Ice Cream Shop Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 c thawed Cool Whip Topping .
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz) .
  • 1 c sliced Oreo cookies .
  • 3 1/2 oz jell-o vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling mix (4 serving size) .
  • 1 1/2 c cold milk or half-and-half

Directions
  • Step #1 Pour milk into a large bowl.
  • Step #2 Add pudding mix & beat with wire whisk until well mixed, 1 to 2 mins.
  • Step #3 Let stand until slightly thickened.
  • Step #4 Fold whipped topping & sliced cookies into pudding mixture.
  • Step #5 Spoon into crumb crust.
  • Step #6 Freeze pie until firm, about 6 hrs or overnight.
  • Step #7 Remove from freezer & let this stand at about room temp about 10 mins before serving to soften.
  • Step #8 Store leftover pie in the freezer.
