Japanese-style Sesame Green Beans Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds .
  • 1 tbsp canola oil .
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce .
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, washed .
  • 1 1/2 tsps sesame oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Warm a large skillet or wok over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #2 When the skillet is hot, pour in canola & sesame oils, then place whole green beans into the skillet.
  • Step #3 Stir the beans to coat with oil.
  • Step #4 Cook until the beans are bright green & slightly browned in spots, about 10 mins.
  • Step #5 Remove from heat, stir in the soy sauce, cover, & let sit about 5 mins.
  • Step #6 Transfer to a serving platter, & sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
