Crunchy Curried Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c cubed cooked chicken
  • 1/3 c sliced almonds
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 4 1/2 c cooked long-grain rice
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1 1/4 c milk
  • 1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts, drained & sliced
  • 1/8 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 c minced fresh parsley
  • 1 c cubed fully cooked ham

Directions
  • Step #1 Place rice in a greased 13-in.
  • Step #2 x 9-in.
  • Step #3 x 2-in.
  • Step #4 baking dish.
  • Step #5 Sprinkle top with chicken, ham & water chestnuts.
  • Step #6 Combine the next six ingredients; pour over chicken mixture.
  • Step #7 Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30-35 mins or until bubbly.
  • Step #8 Sprinkle top with almonds; bake 5 mins longer.
