Ingredients
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (uncooked) .
  • mrs. dash table seasoning .
  • 1 1/2 c fat free cream cheese .
  • 1 c shredded fat-free cheddar cheese .
  • 4 large fat free tortillas .
  • 1 c pace salsa

Directions
  • Step #1 Cube chicken, season lightly with Mrs.
  • Step #2 Dash, cook in pan until tender; add 1/2 of salsa, cream cheese & cook this until cream cheese is melted.
  • Step #3 Fill tortilla with mixture & roll up.
  • Step #4 Place in a baking dish sprayed lightly with no fat cooking spray.
  • Step #5 Cover up with remaining salsa & sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  • Step #6 Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-40 mins until bubbly.
  • Step #7 8 points on Weight Watchers (approximately 400F calories per serving).
