Sweet N' Nutty Popcorn Crunch Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps peanut butter (smooth or creamy) .
  • 5 c popped popcorn (unbuttered, unsalted) .
  • 2 c Rice Krispies .
  • 12 oz peanuts (dry-roasted or honey-roasted, not too salty!) .
  • 1 lb almond bark (vanilla flavored, find near baking chocolate aisle)

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large bowl, mix popped popcorn (remove unpopped kernels), Rice Krispies, & peanuts.
  • Step #2 In another bowl, melt almond bark & peanut butter in microwave on high for 1 1/2 mins.
  • Step #3 Stir & keep microwaving in 30 second intervals until melted.
  • Step #4 Pour melted ingredients over popcorn mixture & fold, mixing well.
  • Step #5 Pour onto a large piece of parchment, waxed paper, or foil wrap sprayed with Pam.
  • Step #6 Cool for 15 mins & either form into balls, or leave flat to dry another 30 mins, then break apart.
