Ingredients
  • 1/4 tsp marjoram .
  • 1 (12 oz) can tomato sauce .
  • 1 onion, sliced .
  • 4 stalks celery, sliced .
  • 1 lb ground chuck, browned .
  • 1/2 tsp garlic, minced .
  • 1 green pepper, sliced .
  • 1 tbsp sugar .
  • 2 bay leaves

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix all of the ingredients together except noodles.
  • Step #2 Cook until onion & celery are tender.
  • Step #3 Add this to 1-lb macaroni noodles or a package of egg noodles which has been cooked in a separate pot according to directions.
  • Step #4 The bay leaf, garlic & marjoram may be added while simmering.
  • Step #5 Simmer 5-10 mins & serve.
