Step #1 In a small bowl, mix eggs with the melted butter or margarine.
Step #2 Stir in matzo meal, pepper, parsley, salt, & water to form a soft dough.
Step #3 Cover & put in the fridge for at least 30 mins.
Step #4 Bring chicken broth & carrots to a boil in a large pot.
Step #5 Reduce heat to a simmer.
Step #6 Shape the matzo dough into 12 balls.
Step #7 (For easier shaping, dip hands in cold water from time to time).
Step #8 Drop the matzo balls into the simmering broth.
Step #9 Cover & cook for 30 to 40 mins.
