• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 c water
• 1 c rum
• 6 egg yolks
• 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

• Step #1 In a saucepan, mix water & sugar.
• Step #2 Bring to a boil & cook for 3 mins.
• Step #3 Place egg yolks in a mixer & process on high speed.
• Step #4 Slowly pour in the hot sugar water while mixing (pouring too fast might curdle the yolks.
• Step #5 ) Add condensed milk, rum & vanilla.
• Step #6 Blend until smooth.
• Step #7 Chill in refrigerator.
• Step #8 .
