Pop's Fudge Frosting (peanut Butter And Marshmallow) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 oz baker's semi-sweet baking chocolate .
  • 1 lb confectioners' sugar .
  • 3 tbsps peanut butter (smooth or chunky) .
  • 2/3 c evaporated milk .
  • 2 tbsps marshmallow cream .
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
  • Step #1 In a sauce pan, melt the semi-sweet chocolate in the evaporated milk over medium-high heat.
  • Step #2 Wisk in the confectioner's sugar & bring to a full boil.
  • Step #3 Continue to wisk & boil for 1 min, then remove this from heat.
  • Step #4 Mix in the remaining ingredients, stirring well.
  • Step #5 Allow this to cool for about 10-15 mins before using as frosting (after that it will start to "set" a bit, like fudge).
