Easy Savory Strata Ham And Cheddar Strata Hash Brown Strata Bens Strata Cranberry Strata Hash Brown Brunch Strata Ham And Mushroom Strata Asparagus Filled Strata Sausage Strata Spinach Feta Strata Cheese Strata Farmhouse Scallop Farmhouse Casserole Farmhouse Lemon Curd Farmhouse Oatmeal Apple Crisp- 1/2 tsp dry mustard .
- 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese .
- 1 dash salt .
- 1 c skim milk .
- 2 c frozen egg substitute, thawed .
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into 1/2-inch slices .
- 6 slices white bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes .
- 1 dash ground red pepper .
- 1/4 c sliced green onions .
- vegetable oil cooking spray .
- 8 oz turkey sausage .
- 1/4 tsp rubbed sage
Directions
- Step #1 Cook sausage until browned,crumble into small chunks.
- Step #2 Combine egg substitute & next 6 ingredients, mix with wire whisk well.
- Step #3 Stir in sausage, green onion & bread cubes.
- Step #4 Pour mixture into a 11x7x1 1/2inch deep baking dish coated with cooking spray.
- Step #5 Cover up & chill at least 8 hrs or overnight.
- Step #6 Bake uncovered at 350* for 45 mins or until set & lightly browned.
- Step #7 Cut into squares & serve this with sliced tomato on top of squares.
