Quick White Chicken Chili Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (4 oz) can green chilies, drained .
  • Optional toppings .
  • 2 tsps ground cumin .
  • 1 lb chicken breasts, sliced .
  • 3 tbsps extra-virgin olive oil .
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can chicken broth .
  • 1 tsp garlic .
  • sour cream (optional) .
  • 1/2 tsp Spice up-All salt (seasoned salt) .
  • 1 medium onion, sliced .
  • monterey jack cheese (optional) .
  • 3 tbsps all-purpose flour .
  • 2 (16 oz) cans great northern beans .
  • salsa (optional)

Directions
  • Step #1 In large skillet, heat olive oil, add sliced chicken & cook this until no longer pink.
  • Step #2 Add onion & cook this until transparent.
  • Step #3 Add chilies, garlic, flour, cumin, & Spice up All; cook & stir for 2 mins.
  • Step #4 Add beans & chicken broth; bring to a boil; reduce heat; simmer for 10 mins or until thickened.
  • Step #5 Add chicken; cook this until hot.
  • Step #6 Garnish with cheese, sour cream & salsa, if desired.
