- 1 c granulated sugar .
- 4 medium sweet potatoes, cut into French fry strips .
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Directions
- Step #1 Place cut sweet potatoes in an oven safe casserole dish.
- Step #2 Mix sugar, cinnamon & salt; pour over sweet potatoes.
- Step #3 Pour whipping cream over potatoes, pressing potatoes down into cream.
- Step #4 Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr, every once in awhile pushing potatoes down into cream.
