Ingredients
  • 6 (1 oz) squares semisweet chocolate
  • 1 tsp shortening

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut out four 6-in.
  • Step #2 circles from waxed paper; place on a baking sheet.
  • Step #3 In a microwave, melt chocolate & shortening; stir until smooth.
  • Step #4 Pour 2 tbsps melted chocolate into the center of each circle; spread chocolate to within 1 in.

  • Step #6 Refrigerate for 3-4 mins or until chocolate does not spread when handled.
  • Step #7 Drape circles, waxed paper side down, over inverted 6-oz.
  • Step #8 custard c or small bowls.
  • Step #9 Shape edges if desired.
  • Step #10 Chill for 10 mins.
  • Step #11 Carefully peel waxed paper from chocolate c.
