Frozen Berry Fluff Light Berry Cream Pie Wild Berry Triangles Raspberry Cream Pie Deluxe Pomegranate Cranberry Fluff Triple Berry Cheese Squares Pineapple- Berry-yogurt- Shake Honey Custard Marshmallow Fluff Cheesecake Berry Fool Verry Berry Good Margarita Easiest Ever Summer Berry Ice Cream Kiwi-berry Pavlova Very Berry Dream Pie Very Berry Shortcake- 2 tsps lemon zest (optional) .
- 2 c frozen raspberries .
- 1/2 c sugar .
- 12 oz whipped cream .
- 2 tsps vanilla .
- 1 c sour cream .
- 8 oz cream cheese
Directions
- Step #1 Cream together the sugar & cream cheese until well mixed.
- Step #2 Add sour cream & vanilla.
- Step #3 Chill for awhile if the mixture has become too runny! Fold in whipped cream.
- Step #4 Fold in the berries & lemon zest, if using.
- Step #5 Divide into individual serving dishes.
- Step #6 Chill for approximately 30 mins before serving.
- Step #7 ***For quick serve: freeze for 15 mins.
- Step #8 The only difference is a semi-solid outer shell may form.
- Step #9 ***Variation: puree raspberries & add before whipped cream.
