Egg And Sausage Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 225 g shredded mozzarella cheese .
  • 8 eggs, beaten .
  • 225 g shredded cheddar cheese .
  • 2 tsps dried oregano .
  • 455 g pork sausage .
  • 224 g crescent roll dough

Directions
  • Step #1 Place sausage In a large-ish, deep skillet.
  • Step #2 Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown.
  • Step #3 Drain, crumble, & set aside.
  • Step #4 Preheat oven to 325F degrees F (165 degrees C).
  • Step #5 Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Step #6 Line the bottom of the prepared baking dish with crescent roll dough, & sprinkle with crumbled sausage.
  • Step #7 In a large bowl, mozzarella, mix beaten eggs, & Cheddar.
  • Step #8 Spice up the mixture with oregano, & pour over the sausage & crescent rolls.
  • Step #9 Bake 25 to 30 mins in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
