Pennsylvania Dutch Corn Relish (canning) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 red peppers, sliced .
  • 1 green pepper, sliced .
  • 1 head cabbage, shredded (approx. 4-5 c) .
  • 1 c sugar .
  • 1/2 c celery, sliced .
  • 1 pint vinegar .
  • 1 tbsp dry mustard .
  • 2 small onions, sliced .
  • 4 c corn (approx. 12 ears or use frozen & skip step 1)

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut corn from cob.
  • Step #2 Place all ingredients into a large pot & cook this until tender, about 25 mins.
  • Step #3 Jar & seal.
