- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsps white sugar
- 2 (3.9 oz) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 c milk
Directions
- Step #1 In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, 2 tbsps sugar & 1 tbsp milk.
- Step #2 Beat until smooth.
- Step #3 Gently fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping.
- Step #4 Spread on the bottom of crust.
- Step #5 In a large bowl, mix chocolate pudding mix with 2 c milk.
- Step #6 Beat with wire whisk for 2 mins (mixture will be thick.
- Step #7 ) Spread over cream cheese layer.
- Step #8 Refrigerate 4 hrs or until set.
- Step #9 Just before serving, spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer.
