Step #3 Make the filling: Place fruit, suger, flour, cloves & salt into a med.
Step #4 mixing bowl & toss to mix well.
Step #5 Spoon mixture into prepared dishes, dividing evenly.
Step #6 Make the topping:Place flour sugar & salt in small bowl & mix well.
Step #7 Add butter pieces & toss to coat the butter with the flour mixture.
Step #8 Rub the mixture with your fingertips until you have coarse crumbs.
Step #9 There is no lose flour & the mixture looks pale yellow.
Step #10 Spoon evenly over filling.
Step #11 Bake until topping is pale gold & fuit filling is bubbling, 30 min Remove dishes from oven & let cool on a rack for 10- 15 min Serve warm or at about room temp with icecream or topping of your choice.
