Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 tbsps Kahlua .
  • 1/4 c extra finely granulated sugar .
  • whipped cream .
  • 1 1/2 tbsps tuaca liqueur .
  • 1 c ice .
  • 1/4 c hot espresso .
  • cocoa powder .
  • 3/4 c vanilla ice cream

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix hot espresso with sugar to form thick syrup.
  • Step #2 Let cool.
  • Step #3 When cooled, Kahlua, ice cream, mix 1 Tablespoon espresso syrup with Tuaca, & ice in mixer.
  • Step #4 Blend on high until smooth.
  • Step #5 Pour into tall mug.
  • Step #6 Top with whipped cream & sprinkle with cocoa powder.
