Ingredients
  • water .
  • 4 eggs .
  • 3 tbsps white vinegar

Directions
  • Step #1 Bring a pot of water with about 3 inches of water to a simmer.
  • Step #2 Add the vinegar.
  • Step #3 Crack an egg into a little bowl or c, then slip the egg into the simmering water.
  • Step #4 You can herd the little egg white flyaways back together, but it’s not really going to do anything.
  • Step #5 After about 3 mins, remove the egg.
  • Step #6 Repeat with other eggs.
