Bacon And Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4-6 slices bacon, fried & crumbled, reserve fat .
  • 20-25 large mushrooms, stems removed .
  • 8 mushroom stems, finely sliced .
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened .
  • 1 small onion, finely sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Sauté onion & mushroom stems in bacon fat until tender.
  • Step #2 Drain off excess fat.
  • Step #3 Mix crumbled bacon, onion & stems with softened cream cheese until the mixture is workable.
  • Step #4 Stuff each mushroom bake this at 350 degrees for 10-15 mins.
  • Step #5 Finish under the broiler just until tops are golden.
