Think Pink - Grapefruit Breakfast Power Recipe

Ingredients
  • fresh coriander leaves (optional) .
  • 1 1/2 tbsps honey .
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds .
  • 1-2 tbsp cottage cheese .
  • 1 pink grapefruit

Directions
  • Step #1 Peel Grapefruit.
  • Step #2 Be sure that you also have removed the white skin, which is bitter.
  • Step #3 Cut grapefruit into thin slices.
  • Step #4 Or cut out the grapfruit filets from the grapfruit.
  • Step #5 Arrange grapefruit on a plate.
  • Step #6 Put 1 or 2 lobes of cottage cheese on grapefruit.
  • Step #7 In a small sauce pan heat honey & sesame seeds.
  • Step #8 Bring to a single boil for a few seconds.
  • Step #9 Remove from heat & let this stand for about 5 mins.
  • Step #10 Pour warm honey mixture over grapefruit & cottage cheese.
  • Step #11 Garnish with a few fresh coriander leaves & serve.
