Low Calorie And Low Fat Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 egg whites .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract .
  • 1/2 c nonfat milk .
  • 1/2 c Splenda sugar substitute .
  • 16 oz fat free cream cheese .
  • 3 tbsps cake flour

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step #2 Melt butter in 8" round baking pan.
  • Step #3 Be careful, make sure butter does not burn.
  • Step #4 Remove from heat & stir in the graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed.
  • Step #5 Press evenly & firm throughout the baking pan.
  • Step #6 Bake crust for 10 mins, remove & set aside.
  • Step #7 Reduce heat to 325F degrees F.
  • Step #8 With electric mixer, mix cream cheese, vanilla extract, splenda, egg whites until thoroughly mixed.
  • Step #9 Add cake flour, salt, & milk.
  • Step #10 With electric mixer,mix thoroughly.
  • Step #11 Pour the batter into the cooled crust & bake for 1 hr at 325F degrees F.
  • Step #12 Let cool at about room temp for about 20 mins.
  • Step #13 Place in refrigerator & chill for at least 2 hrs.
