Ingredients
  • 1 egg .
  • 1/4 c oatmeal .
  • all purpose Greek seasoning, to taste .
  • 1/2 c water or milk .
  • butter, to taste

Directions
  • Step #1 mix the oatmeal & the water in a microwave safe bowl.
  • Step #2 microwave on high for just over a min (I'm sorry, I only have a dial on my micorwave).
  • Step #3 stir.
  • Step #4 hollow out a hole in the center of the oatmeal.
  • Step #5 carefully break the egg into the hole.
  • Step #6 microwave on high for about a min, depending on how you like your yolk.
  • Step #7 add butter & seasoning to taste.
